Market at the Marina
Vendor Info

Thank you for your interest in participating in this summer's Market at the Marina!  We have a few simple requirements for our vendors.  If you meet these requirements, we invite you to fill out the application on this page.

  1. The market will run every Thursday, 4pm to 7pm from July 7 to September 1.  Vendors may  choose to participate in any number of dates. 
     

  2. The fee to participate is $25 plus HST which includes one 6 foot table. 
    - If you supply your own table(s) the fee is $20. 
    Fees can be e-transfered to info@hectorquaymarina.com.
     

  3. Wares sold must be made, baked, or grown by the vendor.  No re-selling of products.  No second hand-items unless you are selling repurposed or up-cycled items.  Anyone wishing to sell food items must have a valid Food Handlers Permit.
     

  4. This is an outdoor event. If you would like to bringing a tent, it must be securely fastened to the ground. 
     

  5. All displays must be clean and attractive.  
     

  6. Vendors must be set up 30 minutes in advance of opening and must remain open for the duration of the market.
     

  7. Cancellation must be received 48 hours in advance for a refund.  If market organizers choose to cancelled due to weather or other  circumstances, participation fees will be refunded to vendors in full.
     

  8. All vendors must adhere to Covid-19 gathering restrictions at time of event.
